A. VangleAssist offers both inbound and outbound text messaging solutions for its customers' needs. If it's inconvenient for you to make a phone call to VangleAssist, simply text message your question to (406) 777-1411, One of our agents will receive the message, log onto your account, retrieve your answer and promptly send you a response.
Q. If I call for a phone number, can you transfer me to it?
A. VangleAssist uses the latest in teleconferencing technology to ensure proper routing of your call. Not only do we route you to your destination at no additional charge, we will also text message your cell phone the phone number for future retrieval so you don't have to call us back if you want to call the number again.
Q. How do I identify myself when I call?
A. VangleAssist's integrated call recognition system will identify you from the phone you make the incoming call from. If it is from one of the phone numbers you designated upon registration, the system will recognize you and the agent will address you by name. The only thing you need to tell us is what you want us to look up for you. If you do not call from a recognized number or from a number which does not pass on caller ID information, you will be asked to enter your account and PIN number to identify yourself.
Q. What are the limitations to my questions?
A. Your VangleAssist query is limited only by your imagination. However, we do ask that all questions be kept within reason.
Q. Can I give my account to friends and family?
A. The minutes that you purchase are yours to use as you see fit. Keep in mind that anyone with your account number and PIN number can access your account. Please make wise decisions in giving others your personal information. VangleAssist cannot be responsible for monitoring people who have access to your account. If you see an unusual amounts of usage on your account, please log on to our website and change your PIN.

A. Upon registration you will be asked if you would like VangleAssist to act as your very own personal shopper. When you want something off the Internet, whether it is a book, a pair of shoes, or a new iPod, a VangleAssist agent will get your authorization via your VangleAssist PIN to make an online purchase. VangleAssist does not make any money from any transactions made by us other than the time spent making the transaction. All calls are digitally recorded to assure that all purchases are properly authorized. VangleAssist cannot warrant any product it purchases on your behalf.

Because different states have different laws, what is publicly available in Texas (criminal background, sex offender, voter registration, driver's license, license plate, professional license, and property tax records) may not be available in California (California doesn't have voter registration, driver's license, license plate, and property tax records available).
